Iowa cell phone employees at a U.S. Cellular store routinely searched customer’s cell phones for naked pictures without their knowledge and when they found them they eagerly showed them to their cohorts. This information was according to a former employee sexual harassment lawsuit.
Lisa Blazek, who worked as a consultant at a store in a northwest Iowa city of Spencer from 2007 – 2010, alleges that employees would first scroll through customers photos when customers brought their phones in for service looking for naked or sexually explicit pictures.
Lawyers representing the company and some employees named in the lawsuit denied the allegations in a court filing.
