Mitt Romney may look like a president but he sure doesn’t come across like he could ever be one.  Romney has led a very sheltered life and each day he shows that he just can’t relate to the average American. This week Mr. Romney was talking about health care again and said, "Well, we do provide care for people who don't have insurance, people -- we -- if someone has a heart attack, they don't sit in their apartment and die. We pick them up in an ambulance, and take them to the hospital, and give them care. And different states have different ways of providing for that care." -- Mitt Romney on 60 Minutes

Mitt Romney is showing his ignorance on this subject.  This is the most expensive way for people without health care to be taken care of. If Mitt didn’t have insurance he would learn very quickly that the hospital and the ambulance service will try to collect what they can from the patient, putting more stress on the family and/or forcing the family into bankruptcy.

Presidents are supposed to be smart leaders. Why would the voters of America elect Mitt Romney for president? This man is showing no leadership skills at all this campaign. He won’t tell us his plans for the economy. He won’t show us past years of his tax returns like his own dad did. He has no problem with raising taxes on the middle class but will not do the same to the rich. Even though most polls show Americans want to keep Social Security and Medicare the way they are, the Romney team keeps talking about plans to change them to voucher systems.

Some people think because Mitt has business experience that makes him qualified to be president.  I’d say that’s just crazy. I’ve owned businesses and managed them for others and I’m not ready to be president! I don’t think that makes anyone qualified to be president. Presidents have to be smart and they have to know how to listen and deal with all kinds of people. Presidents need to be able to reason and see the future.

I have to agree with many Far Right Republicans that Mitt Romney is not the man we need as our president. G. W. Bush was a bad president but at least he seemed to understand the everyday problems of the average American.  Mitt Romney is just a spoiled rich kid out of touch with the American people who thinks that he should be president because he is, after all, Mitt Romney!
